Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email.

You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

During periods of high order volume, processing times may be extended slightly. If there will be a significant delay in shipment of your order, we will contact you via email.


Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Gift Certificate Redemption Orders

Many purchases on our store are made using Modest Mulligan tournament prize gift certificates.

When gift certificates are redeemed:

  • Orders are processed and shipped under the same policies as standard purchases.

  • Gift certificates cannot be exchanged for cash.

  • Any remaining balance after purchase will remain on the certificate until fully redeemed.


Shipping Issues & Lost Packages

The Modest Mulligan Golf Co. is not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers.

If your package is:

  • Lost

  • Damaged

  • Marked delivered but not received

Please contact us within 7 days of the expected delivery date so we can assist in resolving the issue with the shipping carrier.


Incorrect Shipping Information

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information.

If an order is returned due to:

  • Incorrect address

  • Failed delivery attempts

  • Refused delivery

The customer may be responsible for additional shipping charges to resend the package.
